FULTON – Yesterday, January 14, Fulton Police arrested Jordan R. Landphere, 29 years old, of Fulton, a local contractor, after a homeowner reported that their credit card had been used by him without permission.

It is alleged that the contractor agreed to do home improvements at a residence in the City of Fulton in 2020. The victim allowed the contractor to use his credit card to make purchases of materials for his job.

Police say the contractor then used the credit card at various home improvement stores in Oswego and Onondaga County, without authorization, to buy materials for other jobs. The contractor also never completed the work at the victim’s residence.

The actions of the contractor resulted in an aggregate loss to the victim of $3,042.36.

Police charged Landphere with Grand Larceny 3rd – Class D Felony.

Landphere was arraigned in Fulton City Court by Judge Hawthorne, and released on his own recognizance. missing or outdated ad config
