It’s that time of year again. Fulton imposes its annual all night ban on street parking starting November 1.
They want the streets clear for snow plowing from Nov. 1 to April 1.
Leave your car on the street by mistake (which I do at least once a year) and your contribution to the city’s revenues will be $15. More if they have you towed.
Full text of the parking ban announcement is below.
ALL NIGHT PARKING BAN: Please take notice that a parking ban takes effect for the City of Fulton on November 1st. The City ordinance prohibits the parking of any motor vehicle in/on any city street or city parking lot from 1:30 AM through 5:30 AM from November 1 to April 1.
The penalty for a violation of the all night parking ban is $15. Unpaid fines double every ten days. Vehicles may also be towed.
