FULTON – On June 22 at 11:45 a.m., deputies charged a 16-year-old girl residing in the city of Fulton with first-degree rape, a class B felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred during the summer months of 2017.
She allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim being less than 17 years of age while at a town of Hastings residence.
The teen and her parent were instructed to contact the Oswego County Probation Department.
