FULTON, NY – Three Fulton men were arrested for allegedly breaking into a Granby business.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, on Monday at 5:16 p.m., Fredrick J. LaFave, 20, and Isaiah D. Cole, 19, both of 504 W. Broadway Bldg. 504 Apt 3, Fulton, were arrested for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree burglary, a class D felony; and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
Also arrested was Sean M. Cowart, 20, of 255 W. Fourth St. South, Fulton, for petit larceny and third-degree burglary.

The arrests stem from their alleged participation in the unlawful entry to a town of Granby business on or about Dec. 1 during which damage was caused to the building and liquor and money were taken after gaining access.
All three individuals were arraigned in the Town of Granby by Hon. Judge Wells.
They were remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

The suspects are to return to court date of 12/19/11.
