Fulton Woman Accused Of Defrauding Neighbors

FULTON – On Sunday (June 5), State Police in Fulton charged Raelyn R. Rowe, 33, of 1822 County Route 6, Fulton, with Scheme to Defraud in the 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Rowe stands accused of going door to door in Green Acres Mobile Home Park in March 2016 and selling products related to a school fundraiser for her child.

Rowe didn’t submit the completed order forms or the money she collected to the school, according to police.

She is scheduled to appear in Town of Volney Court on June 27, at 6 p.m.
