GRANBY – On Friday, April 8, at approximately 9:36 a.m., State Police were dispatched to WalMart on State Route 3 in the town of Granby for a larceny in progress.
Subsequent to investigation, Samantha P. Vescio, 20, of Fulton stands accused of failing to scan several items and render payment while utilizing the self check out lane.
She was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where she was charged with Petit Larceny, a class “A” misdemeanor.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on April 18, at 7 p.m.
