Fulton’s Parks Need Help

FULTON – Hulett Park needs new playground equipment, all Fulton’s playgrounds need new landing surfaces and the Friends of Fulton Parks is raising funds to make it happen.

The Friends of Fulton Parks, is a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to the support and revitalization of the City of Fulton’s public park system.

The organization was founded in 2008 by several Fulton council members as a vehicle to raise private funds to supplement municipal funding of the local park system.

The organization partners with volunteer and civic groups to upgrade specific city parks.

Donations made to the Friends of Fulton Parks may be earmarked for a specific park improvement project.

The organization’s board includes Treasurer Fred Cavalier, Vice-President Russell Hayden, President David Guyer, Secretary Robert Weston, Program Director Kelley Weaver, Dr. Juan Lopez and Julie Yankowsky.
