FULTON, NY – Charles J. Clew, 27, of 16 W. Eleventh St. Apartment F-1, town of Granby, was arrested today (June 30), at approximately 9 a.m. following an on-going joint drug investigation by the City of Fulton Police Department and Oswego County Drug Task Force.
During the course of the investigation a search warrant was executed and Clew was found to allegedly be in possession of a large quantity of heroin and 13 prescription pills classified as a schedule two narcotic.
Clew was charged with the following:
Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B Felony)
Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
Criminal using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
He is currently being held on the above charges waiting to be arraigned in Fulton City Court.
