HANNIBAL – On April 27, at approximately 3 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 3 in the town of Hannibal for a traffic violation.

The operator, Joshua M. Bolster, 20, of Hannibal, was found to be intoxicated, according to the police report.
He was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hannibal Court on May 3 at 6 p.m.
