Friend of the website Jim Terrinoni sends us these photos from Hannibal’s Memorial Day ceremonies, for which we thank him.

The ceremony kicks off a week of events in the village. Here’s a note from Hannibal’s County Legislator, Terry Wilbur: “There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Hannibal Community Park at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5th. The park is located on the Hannibal Municipal Hall grounds. The event will include concerts by local performers, multiple raffles and free refreshments.
Throughout the past two years the Hannibal Community has been working on building the community park. The park is currently home to a skate park, picnic pavilion, and garden gazebo. This is the perfect place in the Hannibal community to take a moment and enjoy Hannibal.”
