White performed the ceremony. He is the son of Ellen C. Hornig and Mr. Deal III of Oswego, N.Y. The bridegroom’s mother is the owner of Seneca Hill Perennials, a nursery there. She retired as an associate professor of economics at SUNY College at Oswego, where his father is a history professor.
