FULTON, NY – On April 1, at approximately 12:26 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle in the city of Fulton for a traffic violation.

Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Gregory A. Seeley, 52, of Liverpool, was allegedly intoxicated.
Seeley was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the City of Fulton Court on April 14 at 9 a.m.
