GRANBY – At about 2:09 a.m. today (April 6), State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 48 in the town of Granby for erratic operation and speeding.
Investigation at the scene revealed the driver, Kristin J. Anderson, 31, of Liverpool, was allegedly intoxicated.
She was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Anderson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on April 25, at 7 p.m.
