FULTON – Reviving a Fulton Lenten tradition, “The Living Stations” will be presented at 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 7, at Holy Trinity Church, 309 Buffalo St. Admission is free.

“This dramatization of “The Way of the Cross” with music, live action, and reflective narrative, of the traditional Catholic prayer of Jesus’ passion portrays the final hours leading to His crucifixion,” Coordinator Susan Tallents said.

According to Tallents, in the “Living Stations,” local youth take on the roles of major characters in the traditional 14 scenes of the Stations of the Cross. Each scene features a series of readings and meditations and is a visual reminder of Christ’s suffering.

Caleb Curtis, a freshman at G. Ray Bodley High School (GRB) will portray Jesus this year. Mary Jerred will be portraying Mary, the Mother of Jesus.  The choir, which accompanies the presentation, is under the direction of Dolores Walrath.
