The Oswego County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 8 a.m. Thursday, June 12, at the Emergency Operations Center in the basement of the Oswego County Emergency Management Office, 200 N. Second St., Fulton.
The LEPC helps develop response plans for emergencies involving hazardous materials. The committee is responsible for maintaining Community Right-to-Know records on facilities that use significant quantities of hazardous chemicals.
All LEPC meetings are open to the public. Anyone interested in attending a meeting may contact Emergency Management Director Patricia Egan at 591-9150.
