Lottery Player From Fulton Wins $1 Million

The New York State Lottery announced Tuesday morning that a person from Fulton won $1 million playing a scratch-off ticket lottery game.

The announcement does not give details such as the person’s name.

The Lottery’s television spokeswoman, Yolanda Vega, will introduce the Fulton winner and a $1 million scratch-off winner from Kirkville at a press event Wednesday.

The event takes place at 10:30 a.m. at the Dandy Mini Mart on Minoa-Bridgeport Rd. in East Syracuse, where the Kirkville winner bought her ticket.
