Ruth CaseyFULTON, NY – In 1905, the year Michaud Residential Health Services resident Ruth Casey was born, our President was Theodore Roosevelt, the first movie theater in the U.S. opened in Pittsburgh and a young scientist by the name of Albert Einstein proposed a theory of relativity.
