The passenger in last week’s high speed chase from Fulton to Red Creek has now been charged with stealing from Oswego’s Wal-Mart before hitting the Wal-Mart in Granby.

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department Monday charged Shytrece T. Banks, 30, of 21 Lehigh Ave., Rochester with felony grand larceny.  They claim she and Javonnia Rouse of Rochester stole more than $2,000 worth of goods from the Oswego Wal-Mart not long before allegedly stealing items from the Granby Wal-Mart.

Last Friday, police lodged a similar charge against Rouse.  Rouse was also charged by Fulton Police with several traffic infractions.

The two women led police on a 90 mile-an-hour chase from Fulton to Red Creek before they were arrested.

Banks was returned to jail without bail on the new charge. missing or outdated ad config
