FULTON, NY – State Police in Fulton are investigating an alleged homicide at 1648 Rt. 264 in the town of Palermo.
On Aug. 29, at approximately 5:20 p.m., troopers and the Palermo Fire Department responded to a medical call at the home for Erin E. Maxwell, 11.
Maxwell was driven by ambulance to Lee Memorial Hospital and then flown to University Hospital in Syracuse, where she died.
The investigation is continuing.
