Music Sunday Celebration At First United Church Of Fulton

On Sunday, June 22, in the 11:00 AM worship hour, First United Church of Fulton, 33 South Third Street, Fulton, will celebrate Music Sunday. The service will feature special congregational songs and the voices of the Chancel Choir, directed by Burton Phillips and accompanied by June Dillon. The United Voices Quartet, male voices from within the Chancel Choir, will also bring selections. The community is welcome to attend.

The worship service will also include the presentation of a Fun-Raising project for children and youth developed and directed by Cheryl Green. A Fellowship Time will follow the service.

On June 29th during the 11:00 AM worship hour, Ms. Robin Braunstein, Director of SAF and speaking on behalf of the White Ribbon Campaign, will outline the sobering statistics of what we often refer to as domestic violence The role of the religious community will also be explored as a positive agency for preventing domestic violence. Communion will be served. An All-Church Picnic will be held in the Fellowship Hall following the service. Guests are welcome. Everyone is invited to bring table service and a dish to pass. Meat and hot and cold drinks will be provided.

First United Church is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches, USA and the Presbyterian Church (USA). Each worship service has hearing assistance and large print bulletins. Nursery care is offered. Handicap access is available through the Utica Street entrance. Please call in advance for assistance.
