Submitted by Oswego County BOCES
Students in Tom Pullen’s Multi-Occ class at Oswego County BOCES practiced their construction skills in several real life projects by constructing picnic tables, bat boxes and bird houses for organizations throughout Oswego County.
The class manufactured tables last year for the Town of Mexico and once again came to the assistance of the town by producing eight picnic tables for them this year.
The town provided the materials and the specifications while students in the class produced the tables.
Students in the class also made bat houses and bird houses to be used by the Oswego County Soil and Water Department.
