Out For A Holiday Stroll

Spotted this peahen (female peacock) sauntering down the Trolley Trail at Great Bear.

It was walking with confidence – it knew that it was Thanksgiving time and turkey was the traditional meal of choice.

And, of course, there is no hunting at Great Bear.
