State Police arrested two people after a traffic stop Saturday night on Route 11 in Pulaski.
Sean M. Lavaway, 24, of Parish, was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, along with a misdemeanor count of possession and a misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia, a scale police allege would be used to measure drug amounts. Police allege he had several illegal drugs in his possession.
Mikayla L. Milliken, 21, of Fulton was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and a violation count of marijuana possession.
Milliken was ticketed and released while Lavaway was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail.
