On April 19, 2016 at approximately 11:28 a.m., State Police responded to a residence on County Route 10 in the town of Schroeppel for a physical domestic dispute in progress.

Investigation at the scene determined June M. Atkins, 49, had damaged the vehicle of a family member during the course of an argument, police said.
Atkins stands accused of using a broom stick to break windows in the vehicle and dent it.
She was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where she was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, a class “D” felony.
Atkins was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on April 20 at 5:30 p.m.
