On April 22 at approximately 11:17 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Lamson Road in the town of Lysander for a traffic violation.
The operator, Jeremy J. Mooney, 28, of Phoenix, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Mooney was arraigned in the Town of Clay Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to return to the Town of Lysander Court on April 28.
