A Phoenix man is accused of driving while intoxicated in the car crash that killed a teenager from Cicero.

Timothy Williams, 45, of 426 Pendergast Road was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law for allegedly having a 12 year old child in the car while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child.

At last word, he was in the Onondaga County Justice Center jail on bail of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Department alleges Williams was driving south on Northern Boulevard when Taylor Fleming, 17, of 6214 Henryk Woods Road pulled out in front of him at the intersection with Totman Rd.

Fleming was killed.

Police allege Williams had dropped off the unnamed 12 year old not long before the accident. missing or outdated ad config
