FULTON, NY – The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation has arrested Ryan J. Pontello, (07/08/91), of 187 County Route 12, Phoenix, for a single count of Sexual Abuse 1st degree (Class D Felony) and a single count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor).
This arrest was the result of an investigation into an incident back in 2011.
Pontello was alleged to have had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 years old.
Pontello was arrested on Tuesday.
The incident allegedly occurred in the town of Palermo.
Pontello was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 secured bond.
He is due back in the Town of Palermo Court on March 11, 2013, at 7 p.m.
