Plans Under Way For Fulton Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Several local chuches and agencies team together to provide a free community Thanksgiving dinner to anyone in seek of a place to enjoy a hot holiday meal with company.

FULTON, N.Y. – An organizing committee consisting of representatives of several Fulton churches and The Salvation Army is busy planning the 11th annual dinner.

Financial donations are still needed for this year’s Community Thanksgiving Dinner to be held on November 24 from noon until 2 p.m. at First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St.

The free sit-down dinner is open to everyone and features a complete Thanksgiving dinner and an opportunity for good food and fellowship.

The food for the turkey dinner (complete with potatoes, vegetables, rolls and homemade pies) has been provided by the generous donations of: Plainville Turkey Farm, Sysco, Hudson’s Dairy, and Mimi’s Drive In.

First United Church of Fulton is located on South Third Street, between Cayuga and Utica streets.
