Police: Central Square Couple Arrested After Meth Lab Discovered In Apartment

On Monday, April 25, State Police responded to 399 State Route 11 apartment 2, in Central Square, regarding a possible methamphetamine lab.

The Oswego County Probation Department members requested the assistance from the NYSP Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team after a “one pot” methamphetamine lab was located inside the apartment, police said.

Joshuah A. Oswald, 27, and Tiffeny M. White, 26, both residents of the apartment, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree ( an “AII” felony) and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd Degree (D felony).

They were both arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail with no bail pending further court action.
