MEXICO, NY – Today, members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexander D. Naugle, 21, of 319 West Stone Road, Mexico, charging him with three misdemeanor counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a class-A misdemeanor.
Police said the arrest is the result of the ongoing investigation of a traffic fatality that occurred on West Stone Road in the town of New Haven Nov. 11.
The investigation found reason to believe that Naugle purchased and allowed the consumption of beer by three persons under the age of 21 while they were at his residence in the hours prior to the traffic collision.
Naugle was issued an appearance ticket answerable to New Haven Town Court on Dec. 4.
