Police Continue Search For Missing Fulton Woman

FULTON – Today, July 7, members of the Fulton Police Department, Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Oswego County Search and Rescue, and various other law enforcement resources, will be in the Village of Fair Haven, Cayuga County continuing the search for Nancy J. Howe, age 70 of Fulton.

Howe was reported missing from her home in Fulton on June 30, and was last seen on State Route 104A in the Sterling/Fair Haven area on June 29 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., according to police.

Howe is considered endangered at this time due to cognitive issues. Howe is a white female, 5’07” tall, weighing 190 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown and grey hair. She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans and orange winter cap.

While several members of the community have offered to help search for Howe, today’s search will consist of members of law enforcement and search and rescue personnel only.

Police ask that residents in the Sterling area, and specifically the Village of Fair Haven, check their property and out buildings today for any indication of Howe’s location.
