FULTON, NY – On April 9, State Police responded to a larceny complaint of a dirt bike on County Route 6 in the town of Volney.

On Monday (April 11), the victim located the stolen bike at a business in the town of Parish.
Troopers and Oswego County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the business and determined the dirt bike had been sold to them by Sarah L. Harvey, 21, of Fulton, according to the police report.
While investigating the incident, Harvey contacted the business again to sell an unrelated item.

Harvey and Cody L. Jennings, 24, of Fulton, arrived at the business and were taken into custody for previously selling the stolen dirt bike.
The dirt bike was returned to the victim.
Harvey and Jennings were transported to SP Hastings where they were each charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Harvey and Jennings are both scheduled to appear in the Town of Volney Court on April 18, at 6 p.m.
