
Three men were arrested by police and charged with stealing metal and two vehicles from a barn in Volney.
Arrested were:
- David S. Ricker, 45, of Smokey Hollow Rd., Baldwinsville,
- Richard D. Timian, 42, of Weller Rd., Fulton, and
- Raymond Auringer (35) of Richardson Rd., Parish.
Police allege they entered a barn in December, 2010 and stole barrels of metal and two vehicles. The barrel of metal and one of the vehicles were sold for scrap. The other vehicle was found by police.
Ricker was charged with burglary and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
Timian was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property. Auringer was charged with two counts of felony grand larceny. Each was released on tickets. They are due in Volney Town Court tonight.
