QuickBooks Workshop Scheduled

OSWEGO, NY – SUNY Oswego Office of Business and Community Relations will be holding an introductory QuickBooks Workshop on Nov. 17, Dec. 1 and 8 at Rich Hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This 12-hour workshop will teach small businesses how to use the QuickBooks program in order to organize their finances.

It will be taught by Edward Schaperjahn, a QuickBooks ProAdviser.

Previous computer experience is required.

Schaperjahn founded the Help! Small Business Solutions Company in 1998.

He also is a member of ASCII and Comptia which are both technology focused business organizations.

He is a regular user of QuickBooks and promotes and teaches QuickBooks seminars through his business.

His purpose in giving seminars on QuickBooks is to help people with businesses be able to organize their finances.

Also offered is free, confidential, one-on-one business counseling provided by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at SUNY Oswego.

The SBDC at SUNY Oswego brings together the resources of the University and various levels of government to aid small businesses in addressing and resolving organizational, financial, marketing, technical and other business-related issues.

Pre-register before Nov. 15; the cost of the seminar is $99 and limited seats are available.
