Rotary Meets With Exchange Student

FULTON, NY – Daniel Beyer Christensen, Fulton Rotary Club’s high school exchange student from Denmark, told the club members about his country, home town, and his family at a recent Rotary Club meeting.

Christensen is from a small town of 4,000 people on the northeast coast of Denmark. He is studying at G. Ray Bodley High School for the 2007-2008 academic year. He is a 16 year old senior, and is presently living with the Mike and Cheryl Schroeder family. dan

A Rotary exchange student stays with three different families for a three month period each school year. If a family is interested in hosting an exchange student, opportunities are available.
