FULTON, NY – Fulton Police today (April 15) arrested Duane A. Makosky, 57 of 38 Birch Lane Apt. 47-D Oswego, for one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
It is alleged that the defendant, on April 13 at around 7:53 a.m. while employed as a bus driver for Golden Sun Bus Service, that he sent two text message photos of a naked adult female’s breasts and genitalia to the cell phone of a 15-year-old student who was a daily passenger on his bus route.
At this point, it appears to be an isolated incident, but if there is anyone who has had similar contacts with Makosky, please contact the Fulton Police Department at 598-4504.
Makosky is currently being held at the Fulton Police Department, awaiting arraignment.
