Springside Residents Host Fundraising Rummage Sale

OSWEGO, NY – The residents and staff of Springside at Seneca Hill retirement community will host a Rummage and More Sale on June 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Proceeds will be used for lighting the flagpole and enhancing the landscaped area surrounding it.

In the photo seated from the left are Fred Clemens and Jackie Witmer. Standing from the left are Bea Welch, Gladys Little, Dale and Eloise Slife and Georgiana Powers.The event will be held in Springside’s activity room and customers should use the main entrance.

Items vary from glassware, a pack-n-play, lamps, linens, floor fan, flowers, some clothes, books, etc.

Some home baked goods and hot dogs, coneys, and beverages will also be available.

Hot dogs and coneys will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. only.

At mid-day, some of the resident musicians will provide entertainment.

There will also be a garage sale within the community at 53 Deer Ridge, next door to the main building.

Springside at Seneca Hill is located mid-way between Fulton and Oswego just west off Route 481 at Route 45.

Enter the Heckethorn Health Community at Seneca Hill at the corner of Route 45 and 45A.

Springside is the first driveway on the right.

There will be no early sales.
