Fulton, NY – State Police in Fulton investigated a one-car crash that occurred at approximately 4:25 a.m. Aug. 17 on County Route 7 in the town of Hannibal.
The investigation revealed that a 2007 Saturn, driven by 46-year-old Timothy J. Parody from 1166 County Route 3 in Hannibal, was southbound on County Route 7, north of Stock Road, when he left the east side of the roadway and struck a utility pole and became entrapped in the car.
Parody was extricated and transported to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse with leg injuries.
The investigation is continuing.
