Syracuse Man Arrested For Drive-by Shootings In Fulton

FULTON, NY –  On March 20, multiple reports were received by the Fulton Police Department in reference to shots fired in the city.

These reports included rounds fired into two occupied dwellings on East Broadway, Dunkin Donuts on SR 481 and a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Absolute auto, on SR 481.

On Thursday (April 7), Timothy C. Lashomb was arrested and charged for his involvement in these shootings.

Lashomb is charged with firing a .22 caliber semi-automatic rifle out of the passenger side window of a vehicle, as the vehicle passed by the above locations.

During the course of the investigation, a .22 caliber semi-automatic rifle allegedly used in the shootings, and several hundred live rounds were recovered.

Lashomb is charged with the following:

  • Reckless endangerment in the first degree (4 counts) D- Felony
  • Criminal mischief in the third degree (3 counts) E-Felony
  • Criminal mischief in the fourth degree (1 count)  A- Misdemeanor

Lashomb is currently being held at the City of Fulton Police Department pending arraignment.

Investigation continues as there may be additional charges in other jurisdictions.
