FULTON – The Maples Assisted Living Community will host a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 1 p.m., according to a release from the community.
The event is open to local veterans, their families and community members. Guests do not need to have a connection to The Maples to attend.
Military historian and musician Geoff Clough will provide a presentation and musical entertainment following the luncheon.
“We want every veteran in our community to know how much they are appreciated,” said Andrea Ball, Administrator of The Maples Assisted Living Community. “Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, a friend, or simply someone who wants to stop by and show your appreciation, our doors are open. You don’t have to have a connection to The Maples to join us. This is about bringing people together and honoring those who have given so much for our country.”
The Maples said four of its residents are veterans. Those planning to have lunch are asked to RSVP by Wednesday, November 18, by calling 315-887-5664.
