Police say they arrested a Fulton man for DWI and a Granby man for interfering in their investigation.
According to State Police, a Trooper stopped a vehicle at about 3:30 a.m. at 64 Junior Avenue in Granby, alleging traffic violations.
The officer ended up charging the driver, James B. Barnes, 37, of 21 Senior Ave., Fulton with DWI.

Police allege that the person who lives at 64 Junior Ave., Gary A. Royce, attempted to physically obstruct the officer’s investigation. Police allege that Royce had been warned several times to move away, but instead tried to get between the officers and Barnes.
Royce was charged with obstruction of governmental administration.
Both men were issued tickets to appear in Granby Town Court on September 13.
