Two Fulton Residents Arrested In Cocaine Seizure By Oswego County Drug Task Force

FULTON, NY – A recent multi-month investigation led by the Oswego County Drug Task Force into cocaine sales and possession within Oswego County resulted in the seizure of over 25 ounces of cocaine following the execution of search warrants at two locations in the City of Fulton on July 13, 2023.

Also, a result of the search warrants various drug paraphernalia including packaging and digital scales were recovered, and a motor vehicle and US currency were seized. One of the two locations had children under the age of 17 present where a large amount of cocaine and currency was recovered.

The following people have since been arrested and indicted by an Oswego County Grand Jury for the listed offenses:

 

Andre R. Joyed, age 37, of Fulton NY

  • 2 counts – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1stdegree, eight ounces or more of a narcotic drug
  • 2 counts – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rddegree, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell
  • Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, packaging and scales
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child

 

Brooke E. Rellos, age 29, of Fulton NY

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree, eight ounces or more of a narcotic drug.
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell.
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child

 

The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, City of Fulton Police Department, United States Border Patrol, Homeland Security Investigations, and City of Oswego Police Department.

The County drug task force was also assisted by additional members of the Fulton City Police Department during this investigation.

This investigation remains ongoing, and the Oswego County Drug Task Force would like to encourage citizens with any information related to this case or other suspected illegal drug activity to report it.
