Smith was charged with two felony and one misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor count of using drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and violation counts of marijuana possession and unlicensed operator.

On top of that, they threw in three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance for the alleged sales to the Trooper in March and April.
