According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 1.18 inches of rain on April 16 and 0.18-inch on April 17.

The April total now stands at 3.77 inches.

The annual total stays at 8.51 inches.

Fulton didn’t receive any snow on April 17.

Total snowfall for April is 0.2-inch.

And, the winter total is 217.6 inches.

Despite the wet snowflakes Sunday afternoon, Oswego received no accumulation of snow on April 17.

For the month, the total is just a trace. That is actually 4.3 inches below normal

For the winter season it remains at 178.3 inches.
