The Oswego weather observer reports no rain on March 20.
The Port City’s monthly total is now 2.85 inches.
For the year, the total stands at 9.73 inches.
Oswego received no snow on March 21, either.
The monthly total remains at 4.2 inches and the winter season to 176.7 inches.
