The monthly total jumps up to 3.11 inches.
And the annual total is now 37.84 inches.
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area got clobbered with 1.46 inches of rain on Oct. 20.
The Port City’s monthly total shot up to 3.84 inches.
For the year, the total climbed to 42.15 inches.
