ALBION – Yesterday, May 19, members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and NOCA Ambulance were dispatched to Austin Road in the Town of Albion for a reported ATV accident with injury.
The lone rider of the ATV, identified as, Robert W. Fischer of Montauk, New York, was transported by NOCA to Upstate Hospital in Syracuse.
On today’s date, May 20, Mr. Fischer died. The Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office is assisting with the investigation.
