OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City County Youth Bureau will be hosting a scarecrow making contest for city of Oswego residents and businesses on Saturday, October 14. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative, funniest and most original. Judges will be around between 12-4 p,.m. If you make a scarecrow at pumpkin fest, you may use them for this contest.
