OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety and Emergency Services Committee recently recognized Emma Wells of Hannibal for demonstrating remarkable courage and bravery during a medical emergency.
The American Red Cross also honored Emma for her smart, quick actions.
