On March 24th, 2025, the Oswego County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division became aware of information relating to online child pornography activity.
During the investigation, it was determined that Oswego County Corrections Officer Christopher D. Weber, 37, of Mexico, NY, was involved in downloading and disseminating child pornography online.
As a result, Weber was arrested at the Public Safety Center today and charged with 5 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony. Weber’s employment was suspended pending termination.
Weber is being arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court this evening.
This incident is still under investigation.
